Our Story

PNP Group are a leading Australian, multi-award winning, family-owned business that provides bespoke building and construction solutions and management.

From compliance roots to award-winning SDA

Founded in 2014 by Eva and Marcus Pavlakis, PNP Group originally began as a compliance-focused business, supporting organisations with auditing, conformance and sector-specific quality assurance, particularly in aged care and disabilities services.

In 2019, recognising a significant gap in the delivery and quality of modifications and accessible housing, PNP Constructions was launched to offer purpose-built solutions in Complex Home Modifications and, later, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). From its inception, the construction division was guided by Marcus's extensive building experience, Eva's engineering expertise and the couple's shared compliance background, ensuring every project met clients' needs and expectations in addition to clinical and regulatory requirements.
