Participants are involved in the design of their fully accessible home from the start. Choose your layout, flooring, tiles, paint colours, fixtures and appliances. We work alongside you to create your own unique space that reflects your lifestyle, tastes and needs. This level of personal input is rare in the SDA space, and is foundational to how we work.

We guide you through every step, making the process clear, collaborative, and tailored to you.
Step 1: Expression of Interest (EOI)
Let us know you're interested in SDA B.O.O.T.S — it all starts with a conversation.
Step 2: Discovery Session & Initial Consultation
We explore your needs, preferences, support requirements, and ideal location.
Step 3: Service Agreement
You formalise your participation with a service agreement for detailed consultation, planning, and next steps.
Step 4: Location Sourcing, Concept Design & Funding Support
We identify suitable land based on your goals, begin early-stage design planning, and secure funding arrangements where needed, ensuring everything is aligned before moving forward.
Step 5: Building Contract Signing
Once location and concept are confirmed, we proceed with a formal build contract.
Step 6: Design Workshop
You work closely with our team to co-design your home, selecting layout, finishes, colours, and features.
Step 7: Construction Begins
Your home is built to the PNP Standard, combining accessibility, durability, and thoughtful design.
Step 8: Move In & Thrive
Settle into your forever home — fully accessible, built around your life, and truly your own.
